Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Vision Authority does not offer refunds for services, programs, workshops, mentorship sessions, speaking engagements, digital products, or physical products. Payment confirms commitment and reserves the client’s program or service slot.

If a client is unable to attend a scheduled service, they may request to reschedule according to the Service Policy. Payments may be transferred to another available session or program at the discretion of The Vision Authority. Refunds are only considered if The Vision Authority is unable to deliver the service and no rescheduling option is available.

The Vision Authority provides educational services, youth development programming, creative arts training, workshops, mentorship sessions, and speaking engagements. Services may be delivered in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format depending on program design and client needs. All services begin after confirmation of payment and scheduling.

Clients will receive details regarding program scope, dates, and expectations before service begins. Any changes or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are considered delivered and are not subject to rescheduling.

The Vision Authority reserves the right to adjust scheduling due to emergencies, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In those situations, affected services will be rescheduled at no additional charge. All communication regarding service arrangements should be directed to thevisioncle@gmail.com.

Orders for physical products such as books or merchandise are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping is available within the United States. Customers will receive tracking information when their order has shipped.

The Vision Authority is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, customers must contact thevisioncle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with their order number and details.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Replacement requests due to damage or loss will be evaluated case by case.
