Founder, Author, & Director of School-Based Services

Leon Sanders is the creative force behind The Vision Framework and The Vision Authority. A behavioral specialist and author, he merges mental wellness with the power of art and storytelling.

As Director of School-Based Services for a community mental-health organization in Northeast Ohio, Leon oversees counseling and SEL programs across multiple schools. His mission: to build systems that help young people master emotional regulation, discover identity, and use creativity as a path to purpose.

Myra Washington

Director of Education & School Partnerships

With over 30 years in education and administration, Myra Washington has helped shape countless young lives through structure, compassion, and vision.

She has worked with alternative learning programs such as P.E.P. and the Berea Children’s Home, and now oversees school-based initiatives that strengthen academic and emotional growth. Myra’s leadership brings stability and strategy to every Vision Authority program.

Educational Specialist & Youth Development Lead

Antonia Searight brings over eight years of experience supporting youth with developmental disabilities and learning challenges.

Her work connects education with empathy — guiding students to find confidence in their learning journey. At The Vision Authority, she leads tutoring and mentoring programs that spark both academic progress and personal discovery.
